No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our recent trip to the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were two complementary items waiting for us in our room upon arrival. The hotel is also in a great location, close to many of the city's main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the lovely rooftop terrace, which offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city below.
